IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:
 
The schedule will be made once we know where the rest of the MTG groups are located and where we are needed.
Please book your flights and figure out which dates you will be able to volunteer.  We will be working on the schedule in December.
 
Deadline for all fees, applications and forms to be returned to Melanie by December 9th.  Email her to get her address or fax 604.756.0558.
 
Our base camp will be at Peace Portal Alliance Church.   An email with the list of “needs” to pack for those coming from outside of Vancouver will also come in December.
 
We are still looking for a couple of churches who could lend or rent us their vans at an affordable price.
