Please Volunteer to join More Than Gold:   MTG is seeking volunteers to join our party!  All age groups are welcome!! Come walk, dance and carol behind our band.  Please arrive at noon for marshaling at the corner of Gerogia & Broughton Streets where we will organize before the parade begins at 1pm.

What to Wear: Go for classic west coast style (fleece, waterproof jackets and comfortable waterproof footwear). Dress in layers to keep warm. Remember that umbrellas will unfortunately block the view, so please leave them at home.  If you are walking, singing and dancing with More Than Gold, please wear dark coloured pants and if possible a solid colour jacket in one of the More Than Gold colours.  We will be lending you a red MTG scarf to wear that must be returned at the end of the parade.  If possible, call the MTG office at 604-484-8629 if you plan to come, so we have a rough idea of how many scarves to bring.  If you are reading this a day before the parade - come anyways!  We will bring extras.

Parade Route: More Than Gold is holding the anchor position in the parade!  We will be following the Santa Claus float but pausing when we get to the Art Gallery to celebrate for 15 minutes.

Lost and Found On the day of the parade, a Lost & Found tent will be located at the Vancouver Art Gallery. At the end of the day all items collected will be transported to the head office of Rogers Retail. To claim an item, please call (604) 270-9200.
