More Than Gold

The More Than Gold vision of the diversity of the church working together in harmony to generously extend the radical hospitality of Christ, has captured the attention of thousands across the Lower Mainland.

Now, the time has come for action for those joining these united efforts. Over 50,000 hours of volunteer service is needed during the Olympics for More Than Gold initiatives.

This week, the online volunteer registration process was launched to help YOU find a way to plug into volunteering opportunities in the areas of service, witness, or social initiatives.

What will you be doing during the Games? Driving an artist? Offering a friendly welcome as you serve coffee? Providing homestay? There are many other options available to you and your friends!

ASAP: Please go through the short series of questions in the volunteer registration process to provide us with your times of availability and specific preferences for volunteering. Upon completing this process, you will be matched with specific tasks based on the information you provide.
